2.1 您可以通过手机号或电子邮箱注册账号，请保证注册信息的真实性。
2.2 您有责任妥善保管您的账号及密码。因您保管不善导致的账号被盗、设备误操作等损失，由您自行承担。
3.1 您同意不会利用本应用进行任何违法违规活动，包括但不限于攻击网络、传播恶意软件等。
3.2 您不得对本应用进行反向工程、反向汇编或试图获取源代码。
4.1 鉴于互联网服务的特殊性（如网络波动、断电等），我们强烈建议您不要将本应用作为维持生命体征（如名贵鱼类、宠物生命维持设备等）的唯一依赖手段。
4.2 请务必定期人工检查设备运行状态。对于因网络故障、设备离线等不可抗力导致的财产损失，我们在法律允许的范围内免责。
4.3 您理解并同意，设备报警推送受网络波动、手机系统杀后台、第三方推送服务商（如华为、小米、三星等）及不可抗力因素影响。我们不保证报警信息的 100% 及时性与到达率。本功能仅作为辅助监测手段，不能替代人工定期检查。
我们可能会适时修改本协议条款，更新后的协议将公布在应用内，继续使用服务即视为您接受修改后的协议。

Welcome! Please read this Agreement carefully. By clicking "Agree" or using this App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This App provides remote control, status monitoring, scheduling services, and device alarm push notifications for smart devices. We reserve the right to update features at any time.
2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 You shall bear any losses (e.g., account theft, device misuse) caused by your failure to secure your account.
3.1 You agree not to use this App for any illegal activities.
3.2 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of this App.
4.1 Given the nature of Internet services (e.g., network instability), we strongly recommend NOT relying solely on this App for critical life support (e.g., maintaining rare fish or pets).
4.2 Please verify device status manually and regularly. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure such as network failures.
4.3 You understand and agree that device alarm push notifications are subject to network fluctuations, system background limitations, third-party push providers, and force majeure. We do not guarantee 100% timeliness or delivery rate. This feature is an auxiliary monitoring tool and not a substitute for manual inspections.
We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
